FAQs
How long does the process take from start to finish?
We typically complete a website within an average of 7 days, depending on how promptly clients respond to our requests for content and images, as well as the availability of our designers and developers. Custom plans may take longer to finish.
How long does the subscription last?
The subscription plan requires an initial 12-month commitment, after which it renews on a month-to-month basis. You’re free to cancel at any time once the first 12 months are complete. Please note that if you cancel, ownership of the site does not transfer, as this helps sustain our business model.
What happens if I cancel after the 12 month minimum and want to come back?
You just have to sign a new 12 month contract.
What happens if I cancel before the 12 months is over?
If you choose to cancel within the initial 12 months, the remaining balance toward the standard site cost of £3,999 will be due, minus any payments already made. We value long-term partnerships with our clients and seek to work with those who share this commitment
How do you handle late payments?
Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. If an invoice is not settled within that time, a late fee of $25 will be applied. For subscription plans, multiple overdue invoices may lead to contract cancellation, in which case the client will be responsible for covering the full price of the website.
We are generally very flexible and understanding, often providing assistance when needed. However, if there is no communication or response to our messages, we must take necessary precautions to ensure fair compensation for our time and efforts in building the site and to protect our business from potential misuse
What do you use to take payment and what payment methods do you accept?
We send email invoices through Stripe, which includes a secure link for entering payment information. Subscriptions are processed via credit or debit card, and we accept all major credit cards.
Do I keep my site if I cancel the subscription?
Allowing that would make it hard for us to stay in business! Rest assured, though, you’ll retain ownership of your domain and any assets
Do we own our domain?
Absolutely. We don’t hold anything back. If we purchased the domain on your behalf, we’ll transfer ownership to you when you cancel your subscription with us.
